Worcester Bosch Vouchers

The following terms and conditions apply to our Worcester Bosch Boiler Love2Shop Voucher offer (“Offer”) for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):

1. Promotional Period: 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 inclusive.

2. Offer: The Offer is up to £450 Love2Shop electronic voucher (“Reward”) for any new or existing trade account customer that purchases their up to 15 Worcester Bosch Boilers in one or more transactions from a Promoter branch store or online at www.cityplumbing.co.uk from the following brands: Worcester Bosch during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase”).

3. Eligibility:

a. The Offer is only valid to trade account customers that have:

i) made a Qualifying Purchase within the Promotional Period; and

ii) during the Promotional Period submitted the Qualifying Purchase  with the requested information (such as account number, customer details etc) required by the online application form relating to the Offer (such as account number, customer details etc) on the Promoter’s website:https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/content/worcester-bosch-vouchers after making their Qualifying Purchase (“Qualifying Customer”).

b. Both the Qualifying Purchase and Qualifying Customer will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms. All decisions by the Promoter are final.

c. Any Qualifying Purchase that is invoiced and not paid in full will not qualify to receive the Reward.

d. The Promoter will confirm receipt of the Qualifying Customer’s completed application and whether the Qualifying Customer has successfully signed up to the Offer in writing via email within 10 days of the date of its submission by the participant. 

4. Maximum Number of Rewards: The Qualifying Customer will only be entitled to a maximum of £450 Love2Shop voucher Reward for all Qualifying Purchases made in the Promotional Period.

5. New/Existing Customers: Qualifying Customers must use their trade account when making a Qualifying Purchase

6. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:

a) accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;

b) any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees;

c) national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;

d) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;

e) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;

f) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and

g) customers with internal and/or external contract support.

7. Notification of Reward: The Promoter will notify the trade account customers within 10 business days if following the verification of the registration they qualify for the Reward.

8. Distribution of Reward: Rewards will be sent to the email address provided in the form completed (as detailed on the Qualifying Customer’s completed application form) within 40 days after the end of the Promotional Period and after the Promoter has verified the Qualifying Purchase by the Qualifying Customer. The Reward will be issued by way of an electronic voucher code contained in a digital Love2Shop gift card ("E-Gift Card”) or an alternative form of voucher as decided by the Promoter in writing. Only one E-Gift Card will be issued per Qualifying Customer.

9. Expiry of Reward: Rewards will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and the expiry date will be detailed on the Card issued to the Qualifying Customer.

10. Terms and Conditions Relating to Use of the Reward: The Reward will be issued by the Promoter, but the E-Gift Card issuer’s terms and conditions will apply to the use of the Card.

11. One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.

12. No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non-transferrable.

13. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time without notice.

15. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy.

16. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

17. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
