The following terms and conditions apply to our Worcester Bosch Boiler offer (“Offer”) for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):

If the Entry requirements are met, the Reward will be processed by the Operator, Marketing Lounge Partnership (“MLP”).

Promotion Period: 1st March to 30th June 2024 inclusive.

The Offer is only valid on purchases of a Worcester Bosch boiler during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase”) by trade account customers.

To enter the Promotion and receive the Reward (as defined below), an Eligible Participant must:

a. During the Promotion Period, Login to their Worcester Bosch Loyalty account through the Loyalty portal www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login (Link opens in a new tab) and opt in to the Promotion via the link displayed https://cityplumbingpromotions.co.uk/worcestervouchers (Link opens in a new tab).

b. To become eligible for the ‘’Offer’’ you must register the boiler on your Worcester Bosch Loyalty account https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/excelerate-signup (Link opens in a new tab).

Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final.

Qualifying Purchases invoiced and not paid in full or registered in the Loyalty portal during the Promotional Period will not qualify.

Each Qualifying Purchase will entitle the Qualifying Customer to one Reward and the number of Rewards a Qualifying Customer may receive during the Promotional Period is not limited.

a. £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers one (1) more Qualifying Product than they purchased and installed during the period 01.03.2023 to 30.06.2023 (inclusive); and

b. £170 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers three (3) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the period 01.03.2023 to 30.06.2023 (inclusive); and

c. £350 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers six (6) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the period 01.03.2023 to 30.06.2023 (inclusive).

The total maximum Reward per Eligible Participant is a maximum of £350.

Qualifying Customers must use their account when making a Qualifying Purchase.

The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding: accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations; any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors; any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees; any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); customers with internal and/or external contract support; and trade customers who have not received a marketing email confirmation that they are a Qualifying Customer who can participate in the Offer.

Eligible Participants will need to provide certain personal information (including their full name, Loyalty/Installer account number, business or company name and email address) in order for MLP to process their Reward. The Reward will be issued to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s Loyalty account at the end of the campaign period. By making a valid Entry, Eligible Participants consent to MLP processing their personal data (in accordance with MLP’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions) and to being contacted by MLP by email regarding their Reward. The Promoter shall not be liable for any act or omission of MLP.

Rewards will be sent to the email address held on your Loyalty account within 28 days of the end of the Promotional Period.

Rewards will be valid for 6 months after the end of the promotional period only, which is 31st January 2025.

No cash alternative available and the Reward is non-transferrable.

By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the qualifying customer in respect of the offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
