How Do Virtual Appointments Work?
If you can’t make it to a branch, our Virtual Team can meet you via a video call.

- Preparation: We recommend sending photos of your current bathroom and rough measurements to our team beforehand.
- Outcome: You’ll see your 3D design live on screen and receive a personalised product list and quote.
What Is the “Home Measure” Service?
Accuracy is key to a perfect fit. If you aren't confident in measuring yourself, we offer a Free Home Measurement Service. An expert will visit your home to take precise dimensions, noting the location of plumbing, windows, and doors to ensure the products you choose will actually work in your space.
Can I See My Bathroom in 3D Before I Buy?
Yes! Our Free 3D Design & Planning Service is included with every appointment. We use professional software to create a photo-realistic model of your room. This allows you to "walk through" the space, swap out tiles, or move the vanity unit until you’re 100% happy with the layout.
What Finance Options Are Available?
We offer flexible ways to spread the cost of your project:
- Interest-Free Credit: 0% APR representative for 12 to 24 months.
- Pay Monthly: 5.9% APR representative for 36 to 60 months.
- Requirements: A minimum 5% deposit is required, and loans typically range from £1,000 to £25,000.
Do You Offer a Trade Discount?
Because we are part of City Plumbing, we have deep roots in the trade. If you have a preferred installer, they can use their trade account to help manage the project costs, or you can open an account to access competitive pricing.
Do You Provide the Installers?
We are a "supply-only" specialist, but we work closely with thousands of local tradespeople. We can often recommend trusted local fitters who are familiar with our products, or we can work directly with your chosen plumber to ensure they have all the technical specs they need.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Most stocked items at The Bathroom Showroom and City Plumbing are available for next-day delivery or click-and-collect within minutes. For full bathroom suites, we typically arrange a delivery date that suits your installer’s schedule, usually within 3-5 working days for standard items.
