  • When can you deliver my order?

We deliver Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays), between 07:30-17:00. In your basket, you will be given an estimated delivery date & during checkout you can select a different delivery option, if available.
  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

For standard delivery we estimate orders to arrive in up to 5 working days.
Next day delivery orders, when ordered by 5pm, will aim to be delivered on the next working day.
For the overwhelming majority of orders, we will meet the estimated delivery timescales we give you. However, there may be some times that your order cannot be delivered on the estimated delivery date. We will keep you informed if we make any changes to your delivery date.
  • Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value required for delivery.
Customers with an account will receive free delivery on all orders, and guest users without an account receive free delivery on orders over £50 (ex. VAT).
  • What if I need to change or cancel an order?

If you placed your order in branch, you will need to speak directly to the branch.

  • Can I collect my order instead of getting it delivered?

Yes - on each product page you can select collection and within your basket you can change your order from delivery to collection, then collect your order from your local branch.
