Please find below the full terms and conditions for the Mira Shower ‘Escapes’ Competition. The promoter is Kohler Mira Ltd (company no 252115) whose registered office is at Cromwell Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL52 5EP (“Promoter”). The competition is to win a UK weekend break determined by the promoter. (“Prize”). There are 8 UK weekend breaks to give away throughout the 8 week duration of the competition.

1. Purchases of the Product made outside the Promotional Period, or purchases of a second hand, refurbished or reconditioned, or counterfeit product, will not qualify. 1.4 You must be aged 18 or over and must be a resident in the UK. By submitting the form, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.5 The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with an employee discount. 1.6 You may not submit an entry in the Promotion if you are an employee of or otherwise associated with Mira Showers, its holding or subsidiary companies or its agents, and Mira Showers will disqualify any such submissions. By entering the competition, you are (i) confirming that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize and (ii) indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

2. Making a Submission 2.1 To submit your entry into a weekly prize draw for a UK luxury weekend away, please register your purchase using the online registration form at www.mirashowers.co.uk/escapes and upload your full purchase receipt showing the date of purchase. You will be entered into the draw for that week’s prize. This prize draw will take place on the Monday following the end of the week. The registration must be submitted within the campaign period of 3rd April – 28th May 2023 as stated on the proof of purchase. All submissions must be made by midnight on 28th May 2023. Any submissions made after this time or outside of the closing date, will not be accepted. The final draw will be made on the 29th of May 2023. 2.2 If you are unable to register your purchase online, you can send a copy of your full purchase receipt to the address in section 4.5, complete with the printed pdf of your online submission form. We must receive your submission form by 28th May 2023. 2.3 Mira Showers does not accept any responsibility for submissions that are misdirected, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause. Submissions by fax or telephone will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered submission forms will be deemed void, as will submission forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Mira Showers will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of submission. 2.4 Please note that any Installer who makes a submission for themselves will be required to declare this promotion through their business per BIC.

3. Draw Entry 3.1 If you make a successful submission, you will be entered into the draw for that week's prize. There are 8 prizes across the 8 weeks, in which you can only submit a proof of purchase once, on your week of choice. The same receipt cannot be used for multiple entries. One entry per person can be submitted. 3.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 3.3 The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reasonable reason. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter. 3.5 Prizes, once won, must be claimed within 28 days of the date of notification. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, cheque, bank deposit or any other kind of payment by The Administrator to the Participant. If you win a UK weekend break you have 12 months to book from day of winning.

4. Substitution In the case of a prize not being available, The Administrator will contact the Participant within 7 days order and offer a replacement item of similar value. If the Participant does not wish to accept the replacement item, there shall be no alternative. The Administrator reserves the right to remove or include any prize from the range at our discretion and Participants may not rely upon the continued availability of a reward.

5. General 4.1 Mira Showers reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Promotion or these terms and conditions without prior notification. If unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable, your legal rights are not affected. 4.2 Mira Showers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all submissions to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive submissions including, without limitation, to require you to prove that you did not return the Product within the period of 28 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Submissions for returned products, bad faith or fraudulent entries or submissions that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated. 4.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira Showers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any individual under the Promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict Mira Showers’ liability for personal injury or death caused by Mira Showers’ employees or agents. 4.4 Any personal data supplied by you will be used by Mira Showers and its agents or associated group companies solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation unless otherwise specified in your GDPR preferences. You will be asked within your submission form if you wish for your name to be shared through social media. This includes being “tagged” on social media. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. If you live in the ROI, you can bring legal proceedings in the Irish courts.
