By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited, company number 02489546, registered address Highbourne House Eldon Way, Crick Industrial Estate, Crick, Northampton, United Kingdom, NN6 7SL (the “Business”) is the promoter of this Promotion (the “Promoter”).

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.

This Promotion will run from 12.01 BST on 1st January 2023 to 23:59 BST on 30 th June 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

The Promotion is open to the account holders of credit accounts and trade cash card customers of the Promoter, which trades as City Plumbing “CP” and Plumbing Trade Supplies (“PTS”) provided they are based or resident in the UK and are not excluded from the Promotion (the “Qualifying Customers”).

The Promotion is not open to:

1. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of CP and/or PTS); 2. public organisations including Housing Associations and Local Authorities; 3. participants in Government Energy Schemes; 4. British Gas; 5. BOXT 6. customers with internal and/or external contract support; and 7. employees of the Highbourne Group. Highbourne Group shall mean the Business, the ultimate parent company of the Business and any such parent company’s subsidiary from time to time (as defined in s1159 Companies Act 2006), and any member of and their household.

In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.

To qualify for the Promotion, Qualifying Customers must purchase at least one of the following products:

1. Ideal Heating Logic 2 MAX boilers; 2. Ideal Heating Vogue MAX boilers; or 3. Ideal Heating Esprit Eco boilers,

(together the “Qualifying Goods”) either in-store or online during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).

The number of entries a Qualifying Customer can make is not limited. Purchases invoiced and not paid in full will not qualify. All Qualifying Purchases of the Qualifying Goods, eligibility and accounts will be verified by the Promoter and the Promoter’s decision shall be final. Purchases of Qualifying Goods that have been returned within 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

The number of Qualifying Purchases made by a Qualifying Customer determines the Prize (defined below) which the Qualifying Customer may be entitled to. The number of Qualifying Purchases made by the Qualifying Customer shall be determined following the expiry of the Promotional Period.

Qualifying Customers shall be entitled to the Prizes below based on the number of Qualifying Purchases made in respect of the relevant Qualifying Product. The Prizes are pre-paid Mastercards the values of which are based on the number of Qualifying Purchases made. The values are as follows:

(together the “Prizes”).

The Prizes are supplied by Ideal Heating Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with the company number 00322137 (the “Supplier”) and are subject to the following conditions:

(i) no cash or other alternatives will be offered; (ii) the Prizes are not transferable; (iii) the Prizes are subject to availability; and (iv) an eligible Qualifying Customer may only receive a maximum of one Prize for Qualifying Purchases of MAX boilers and one Prize for Qualifying Purchases of Esprit Eco boilers.

The Supplier reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with another prize without giving notice.

Qualifying Customers will be notified by the Supplier by e-mail and/or telephone (the “Notification”) after 31st July 2023 if they are eligible for a Prize. The Prizes will be available to collect from a City Plumbing branch from week commencing 17th August 2023 until 29th September 2023 once Notification has been received and a collection date and location has been agreed with the Supplier and Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this date without notice.

Qualifying Customers are responsible for maintaining their correct e-mail address with both the Promoter and the Supplier. The Promoter and the Supplier will not be responsible if the Notification is sent to incorrect email address.

Qualifying Customers should note that by entering into this Promotion, they agree that their name, email address, telephone number will be shared with the Supplier. The Supplier may use this information to contact Qualifying Customers for the purposes of the Promotion subject to the Supplier having the necessary consents. The Supplier’s privacy policy is available at https://idealheating.com/privacy-policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms where it becomes necessary to do so.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, adverse weather, fire, flood, computer virus, mobile phone failures, bugs, sabotage, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion or unrest, terrorism or supervening legislation. Accordingly, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Promotion and the Qualifying Customer agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Qualifying Customers or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents or that of their employees. The Promoter cannot be held liable for Prizes which are lost, stolen, damaged or defaced. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promoter shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Promotion.

The Promoter’s total liability to the Qualifying Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with any entry made under the Promotion and/or the Prizes, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the value of an individual Prize.

The Qualifying Customers agree to the use of their name, image and entry in any marketing publicity. Any personal data relating to Qualifying Customers will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Qualifying Customer acknowledges that the Promoter and/or other members of the Highbourne Group (Highbourne Group shall mean the Business, the ultimate parent company of the Business and any such parent company’s subsidiary from time to time (as defined in s1159 Companies Act 2006)), are the owner of any and/or all Intellectual Property Rights relating to the names, logos, trade marks, products, services, get-up, trade dress, labels, stickers, promotional leaflets, flyers and posters used in the Promotion from time to time.

The Promoter's decision regarding promotion matters will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The Promoter and the Supplier exclude all liability for taxes relating to the Prizes and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Prizes will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Prizes.

Entry into the Promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms.
