Grundfos World Championship Darts

The following terms and conditions apply to our “Grundfos Tech Giveaway” (the “Prize Draw”) which takes place from 1st September 2025 to 31st October 2025 in branch and online for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”). The Tech Giveaway is provided by and organised by GRUNDFOS Pumps Ltd. (the “Organiser”).

1. Promotional Period: 00:00am on 1st September 2025 to 11:59pm on 31st October 2025 inclusive. 2. Draw Date: 14th November 2025

3. Description of the Prize: By purchasing a qualifying product from the below during the promotional period (detailed in point 1),

Customers will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of the following prizes:

3.1 The offer applies only to the specified products below and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3.2 No Prize, in whole or in part, can be transferred to any other person or exchanged for an alternate prize or for its cash value. A winner may not substitute him/herself with any other person.

3.3 In the event of a prize not being available, the Organiser will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative.

Eligibility: a) The Prize Draw is only open to trade account customers who have a valid trade account on the Draw Date, have access to the internet and are not an Excluded Participant (as detailed in paragraph 6). b) Entrants will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final. c) Entrants must make the qualifying spend to enter (detailed in point 5 below) during the promotional period. d) Goods that are returned for a refund or exchange will not be considered qualifying purchases for entry into the Prize Draw.

4. How to enter the Prize Draw: Participants will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw by purchasing a qualifying product as detailed in point 3 above in a singular transaction during the promotional period. If a participant does not wish to be entered then they must contact marketing@cityplumbing.co.uk to withdraw their entry. 5. Excluded Participants: a) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate family members of such employees; b) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; or c) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies). d) Merchants, Public Organisations, Local Authorities, Energy Schemes, British Gas and all trade customers with an agreed special arrangement price valid for longer than the promotional period are excluded from this promotion.

7. Notifying the Winners: The Prize Draw winners will be selected at random by an impartial individual using a random generator on the Draw Date (detailed in point 2). Within 7 business days of the Draw Date, the Organizer will attempt to contact the Prize Draw winners via direct message on the email registered to their City Plumbing account. The Organizer reserves the right to re-draw the Prize Draw if the winners cannot reasonably be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted by the Organizer. 8. Distribution of Prize: Only one Prize per winner will be awarded for the Prize Draw. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. The Prize to be delivered and supplied by the Organizer. The Prize will be confirmed by email within 3 business days of the winner responding to the Organizer's message notifying the winner that they have won the Prize.

9. Award of Prize: The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it.

10. No Alternatives to the Prize: No cash alternative is available to the Prize.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By entering the Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Amendment and Cancellation: If circumstances arise that are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and the Organiser, they reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time without notice.

13. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.highbournegroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Details of the winner including their surname and county will be available on written request by any regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority.

14. Liability: Neither the Promoter or Organiser shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the prize winner in respect of the Prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Prize Draw. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any entries which are not received for any reason.

15. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
