With instant access to world-leading brands, we can format quotes by plot, by floor, or by project phase, making them easier to review all while remaining in line with your requirements.

Call-off Management

When we receive your order, we'll match you with one of our dedicated key contacts. Our expert will then work together with you to understand and establish project timescales. Dedicated to supporting you during your project, our team is committed to ensuring a clear call-off schedule is established and adheres to your requirements. We will also make sure a local branch is provided to promote an uninterrupted stock source as well as a more localised service.

Stock

We’re proud of our extensive branch network and cutting-edge, 670,000 square feet distribution facility that allows us to hold stock and reduce lead times. Utilising this means we can work with suppliers to ensure all the products your project requires are stocked and available in line with your call-off schedules. We also hold core stock ranges and common first-fix products to help us service any urgent requirements or projects with tight deadlines.

Distribution

With a network of 370 branches, we have the unique ability to offer a national delivery service with a localised feel. This is achieved by ensuring your order is serviced from a branch local to your project's site location. Featuring a range of fleet vehicles alongside strong partnerships with leading logistics companies, we're perfectly placed to meet site requirements and delivery deadlines.

Account Management

Every commercial account opened is allocated a dedicated Account Manager to provide support and assistance. They can provide specification assistance and work closely with you on a project by project basis to understand requirements and budgets. You will also have access to manage your account online which will provide easy access to statements and invoicing.

Technical Support & Aftersales

Our focus on delivering excellent customer service extends across pre-commencement through to completion and beyond. We have strong partnerships with suppliers which enables us to provide technical support including installation information, provide product samples, and arrange on-site meetings with manufacturer representatives. On completion of your project, we'll continue to offer support and assist with any potential issues that arise post-completion. We can also provide ongoing maintenance and repair solutions.
