We recommend using silicon grease when servicing your tap. This should help the parts fit together smoothly and prevent excess wear and damage.

The cold water feed should be on the right-hand side and the hot feed on the left. Remember to always switch off the water supply before fitting new tap spares and inserts.

If your tap has two handles, your replacement tap heads will require either a pair of quarter-turn valves or two wind-down compression valves to function properly.
