- Includes single lever mixer tap complete with braided hoses
- 500 mm braided hose for connection to heater
- Flow rate adjuster for cold supply to tap
- Contains non-return valve for hot supply to tap
- Suitable for one Hand wash basin
- Factory set to 38ºC (30-43ºC temperature is possible)
- To achieve 43°C a max flow of 1.3lpm @ 12°C mains supply is required
