Description
A ball valve is a shut off valve which gets its name from the type of blockage that it provides. The valve features a rotary ball with a bore which is attached to a a lever. As the lever is turned, the ball rotates and the bore becomes inaccessible, shutting off the flow of water. The ball valve is open if the lever is parallel with the pipe, and closed if the level is at a 90 degree angle to the pipe. This Westco Lever Ball Valve is for use with 22mm copper pipe.
