The Vericon CUBE3 Surveyor Cube is a package of products that aims to aid surveyors in identifying the root cause of damp and mould issues in a property. The package is made up from a Vericon Plug & Play BCM and 3 Multidot devices to allow for instant reporting on environmental conditions within a property.
- Instant Data Collection - The MultiDOT devices immediately collect data on the property's temperature and humidity. This allows for damp & mould issues, ventiliation issues and fuel poverty situations to be identified and rectified.
- Easy to Install - Surveyor Cube can be installed in minutes with no need for specialist tools or knowledge. The plug and play BCM has a three pin plug fitted to allow for simple power-up and re-deployment.
- Data Reporting - All information collected by the devices is sent via the plug and play BCM to Connect to be analysed and interrogated by Vericon's machine learning algorithms. Any data that is recorded can be extracted for a full audit trail.
- In-Property Environmental Monitoring - With the capability to produce instant reports on a properties environmental conditions, this collaboration between a plug & play BCM, several MultiDOT devices and full portal access provides all the answers to surveyors questions.
