Description
The Potterton sifan fan assembly component is situated close to the fan section. The fan is the mechanism that forces fresh air into the combustion chamber, enabling the gas to be burned properly. After the combustion is finished, it also gets rid of the leftover burned gas. The boiler has safety measures in place to ensure that no gas can pass through to the main burner if the fan has stopped working.
