Maincor Single Area Packs for screeded floors are ideal for extensions and conservatories. The correct pack for installation should be selected based on the floor area of the project. The packs include all the necessary components, including a wired thermostat, to install the underfloor heating pipes into floor grade insulation (Floor grade insulation to comply with Part L of Building Regulations not included)
