The Heatmiser neoStat 12V is a 12V powered smart thermostat that offers advanced features and app control. It is the perfect upgrade option for those who want to take advantage of app control and have existing low voltage cabling installed. The neoStat 12V is compatible with our 12V Wiring Centre UH8-N and previous generation UH1 systems.

Self Learning Preheat: The self-learning preheat feature calculates the optimal heat-up time to ensure your home is warm and comfortable when you wake up or return home. It continuously adjusts and optimizes this preheat time throughout the year, helping you save energy and money.
Programmable Modes: Choose between thermostat mode or timer mode to suit your heating preferences and requirements.
Holiday Function: The neoStat includes a holiday function that allows you to set a specific temperature or turn off the heating completely when you're away, helping you save energy and maintain control even when you're not at home.
Temperature Hold: The temperature hold feature allows you to set a desired temperature for a specific duration. After the set time expires, the thermostat will return to its normal programmed settings.
