Description
The Grant microswitch gives the appliance the ability to perform specific actions dependent on specific criteria. The microswitch in a hydraulic diverter valve, for example, is activated when a tap that is connected to the system is switched on. The microswitch then sends a message to the printed circuit board, letting it know that more hot water is needed and that the procedure for heating water should be activated. There are different types of microswitch dependent on their location and what mechanism they are attached to.
