Installation Guide:
Divide the floor into rectangles and calculate the area to be heated, covering approximately 90% with the heating mat.
Lay insulation boards over concrete floors to minimize heat loss and ensure quicker warm-up times.
Start laying the mat close to the thermostat, ensuring the loops are equally spaced and attaching the mat to the subfloor using the provided tape.
Install an RCD fused spur to power the thermostatic controller/programmer and the mat system, and lay the temperature probe equidistant between two cable loops.
Lay a thin, self-leveling screed over the mat or trowel flexible tile adhesive directly over the mat before laying floor tiles. Allow the adhesive to cure before switching on the system.
Note: Alternative brands of heating mats may be supplied during stock shortages.
