Overview
The nozzle is mainly found in oil appliances. In the appliance oil is forced through a tube at such an extreme speed that on impact with the nozzle orifice atomises the oil into an enormous number of microscopic droplets. The plume of oil produces a bigger surface area making the chances of clean and effective combustion greater.
