Overview
The Remeha pressure relief valve, sometimes called a relief valve, PRV or safety valve, is used to reduce the pressure in a system. It is set to open if the system pressure goes above a certain point to prevent the system being severely damaged. Each pressure relief valve has an internal "bar" limit set. When the pressure within the system exceeds the bar, the pressure relief valve opens and the buildup of water is discharged, which reduces the amount of pressure within the system.
