Baxi Assure Heat System Boiler is the lightest boiler available on the UK market whilst only being 270 mm deep allowing for discreet and easy cupboard installation. It is available in outputs of 13 kW, 16 kW, 19 kW, 25 kW and 30 kW to suit most social housing property sizes. Designed exactly for social housing, the Baxi Assure Heat types services quicker and easier causing less disruption for the house holder. With no permanent live or pump overrun required the Baxi Assure Heat saves money as well as time it makes an appropriate replacement for old boilers.
