For Contractors, Facilities and Commercial Plant Room Managers who want to actively test, monitor and improve water quality of commercial heating and chilled systems, the kit includes access to a suite of pre-paid water tests providing a snapshot of system water condition to highlight any potential issues.
Going beyond the basics of confirmation and validation of system cleaning/flushing and inhibitor dosing, results provide you with actionable system diagnostics to help inform further action.
Analysis is independently carried out by Alpha Scientific, part of the ADEY Group.
- Test results will help inform system rectification requirements and ongoing system maintenance and servicing, helping to deliver longer-term system efficiencies, lower energy usage, reduced CO2 emissions and running costs
- Helps to facilitate better system management and protection whilst complying with the intent of BSRIA BG29 & BG50 guidance regarding water quality monitoring and analysis.
- Independent testing is carried out by Alpha Scientific, part of ADEY Group, at their UKAS accredited laboratories
- System water analysis covers pH levels, conductivity, solids, chemicals and metals
- Two 150ml sample bottles and a First Class Post pre-paid envelope are included in the Kit
- 11 test parameters including pH, conductivity, total dissolved and suspended solids, dissolved metals, chloride and Molybdate
- Results are available within 72 hours of receipt of the water samples via an online portal
- Basic pass/fail interpretation and recommendations are included using BSRIA and CIBSE guidance
