City Plumbing National Trade Day, 5% Cashback Voucher On All Purchases – Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the City Plumbing National Trade Day Promotion ("Offer") for customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the "Promoter").
1. Promotion Period:
The "Offer" is valid during City Plumbing and The Bathroom Showroom Branch Opening Hours on 8th October 2026 only (the "Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility:
The "Offer" is available to eligible trade account customers who purchase eligible products in a City Plumbing Branch or Bathroom Showroom during the Promotion Period ("Qualifying Customers").
“Qualifying Purchases” and “Qualifying Customers” will be verified by the "Promoter" in the Branch or Showroom at the point of purchase to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. All decisions are final.
3. Qualifying Products:
The "Offer" applies only to products (“Qualifying Purchases”) available to purchase in City Plumbing Branches or The Bathroom Showroom, purchased during the “Promotion Period”.
The "Offer" applies only to "Qualifying Purchases” and excludes any products marked as clearance or end of line, purchased online (including click and collect) or specifically identified as being excluded from the promotion.
4. Offer:
“Qualifying Customers” will receive their 5% Cashback in the form of a voucher valued at 5% of the total invoice value (excluding VAT) when the invoice value of the "Qualifying Purchases” purchased during the “Promotion Period” is equal to or greater than £100 (excluding VAT), and the delivery or collection is made before close of business on the 16th October 2026.
Where an order is amended during the “Promotion Period” resulting in a lower spend, the original voucher will be cancelled and a new voucher re-issued based on the final invoice value, provided the revised spend remains equal to or greater than £100 (excluding VAT).
Vouchers will only be issued to “Qualifying Customers” on delivery or collection of the "Qualifying Purchases” from City Plumbing Branch or The Bathroom Showroom.
5. Redemption:
Vouchers will only be eligible for redemption in City Plumbing Branches or The Bathroom Showroom on purchases made during opening hours between 9th October 2026 and 5th November 2026 (“Redemption Period”).
Vouchers are not eligible for redemption for purchases made online (including click and collect) during the “Redemption Period”.
Vouchers can not be used to pay off account balances for purchases made during the “Promotional Period”.
Vouchers are single use only. Where vouchers are redeemed against purchases made that are less than the total value of the vouchers tendered, no change or credit will be given.
6. Excluded Participants:
The "Offer" is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding:
- Accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations.
- Customers with internal and/ or external contract support, or Customers who have pre-agreed contract rebate terms.
- Any accounts for entities with more than 15 employees.
- National and regional house builder companies and/or contractors.
- Current employees of Highbourne Group and their immediate families.
- Public sector or housing association employees.
- Employees of agencies or event suppliers engaged by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited, and their families or agents.
- Merchants (including all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies).
7. Expiry of "Offer":
The "Offer" is only available during the “Promotion Period”. Purchases made before or after this period will not qualify.
8. No Cash Alternative:
The "Offer" has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit. The "Offer" is subject to availability, and the "Promoter" does not guarantee the availability of any eligible products.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in this "Offer", customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. Amendment and Cancellation:
The "Promoter" reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the "Offer" at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
If a “Qualifying Purchases” are cancelled, returned, or amended after the “Promotion Period”, the issued voucher will be invalidated.
If the voucher has already been redeemed prior to the return or cancellation, the full value of the voucher will be deducted from any refund or account credit.
11. Data Protection:

12. Liability:
City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to any “Qualifying Customers” in respect of the "Offer", whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the "Offer".
13. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
