Rewards with Stelrad Softline

The following terms and conditions apply to the Stelrad Get More Rewards Promotion for purchasing Stelrad Softline products 

 detailed below (“Offer”) for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):

Promotional Period: 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 inclusive.

2. Offer: The Offer is: (i) a virgin incentive gift card (“Reward”) for any trade account customer that makes a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) within the Promotional Period (the “Offer”). 

3. Qualifying Purchase: Any single transaction purchase made at City Plumbing by a Qualifying Customer during the Promotional Period. 

4. Eligibility:

The Offer is only valid to trade account customers during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Customer”).

This offer cannot be retrospectively applied to any purchases made during the Promotional Period by a customer who was not a Trade account customer.

Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms

5. Maximum Number of Rewards: There is a maximum of £250 voucher Rewards a Qualifying Customer can obtain during the Promotional Period.

6. New/Existing Customers: This offer is open to both new and existing trade customers

7. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:

accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;

any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees

national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;

any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;

any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;

merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and

customers with internal and/or external contract support.

8. Distribution of Reward: The Reward will be distributed as follows:

Virgin Incentive gift card – the voucher will be sent to the email address added to the form of the Qualifying Customer within 61 days of the end of the Promotional Period. The Virgin Incentive voucher code will be issued on behalf of the Promoter by its designated third-party provider, [STELRAD LIMITED, Company number 02263368}].

Any issues with accessing or using the Reward should be raised with [info@virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk]. This must be done before expiry of the Reward.

9. Expiry of Reward: The Virgin Incentive voucher will be valid from the date of receipt up to and including such period as notified to you upon receipt of theVirgin Incentive voucher under Virgin’s terms and conditions which can be found here: [https://virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk/ts-and-cs/#:~:text=Purchasers%20of%20Virgin%20Incentives%20Gift,Virgin%20Incentives%20Gift%20Card%20purchase.].

10. Terms and Conditions Relating to Use of the Reward: The electronic Virgin Incentive voucher will be issued on behalf of the Promoter, but Virgin’s terms and conditions, which are linked above, will apply to the use of the Virgin Incentive voucher code.

11. One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.

12. No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non-transferrable.

13. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time without notice.

15. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy.

16. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

17. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
