Plumbers Perks 2025 - Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to My City Plumbing Rewards’ campaign ‘Plumbers Perks 2025’ offer detailed below for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”): 
  1. Promotion Period: 00:00am on 1st September 2025 to 11:59pm on 31st December 2025 inclusive.
  2. Offer: the “Offer” is: the “Plumbers Perks 2025” additional rewards points offer which runs during the Promotion Period and under which Qualifying Customers (as defined at Section 4.b below) are awarded “Perks Points” against Qualifying Purchases (as defined below at Section 3.a). The Perk Points are in addition to any loyalty points incurred under the Loyalty Scheme “Loyalty Points”. The receipt and use of any Loyalty Points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme which can be found here: Terms and Conditions.
  3. Qualifying Purchase and Registration: 
    1. A “Qualifying Purchase” is:
      1. a purchase of products which are identified by the Promoter as being eligible for the Offer using visible identification markings during the Promotion Period in branch and online; and which
      2. is made in any single transaction purchase made in-store or online by a Qualifying Customer (as defined at Section 4.b below) on all included products.
    2. Registration” to the Plumber’s Perks campaign is subject to Section 4 below (Eligibility) and completed by opting in for the Plumbers Perks campaign on the Promoter’s rewards platform by logging on to the Promoter’s rewards platform and clicking through to the Plumber’s Perks campaign from the Promoter’s rewards platform homepage and by clicking on the “opt in” button.  
    3. Qualifying Purchases and Registrations will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions made by the Promoter are final. 
    4. All products and offers are subject to availability and change on a continual basis. Any offers contained in the Promoter’s catalogues or brochures (whether digital or otherwise) are produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the type of rewards associated with the Offer and are representative only. All customers must check the website prior to making any purchases to ensure the relevant offer is available, in advance of making a purchase.  
    5. Qualifying Purchases invoiced and not paid in full will not qualify for a Qualifying Purchase.
  4. Eligibility:
    1. The Offer is open to any:
      1. trade account customer;
      2. that is a member of the Promoter’s loyalty scheme found here: www.rewards.cityplumbing.co.uk (the “Loyalty Scheme”); 
      3. who has opted in to the Plumber’s Perks campaign on the Promoter’s rewards platform following the Registration process detailed at Section 3.b; and 
      4. who makes a Qualifying Purchase within the Promotion Period.
    2. The Offer is only valid to the Promoter’s trade account customers that are existing members of the Loyalty Scheme or those that sign up to the Loyalty Scheme during the Promotion Period prior to making any Qualifying Purchase (the “Qualifying Customer”).
    3. This offer cannot be retrospectively applied to any purchases made during the Promotion Period by a customer who was not a member of the Loyalty Scheme at the time of the Qualifying Purchase and Registration.
    4. Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and the eligibility terms of the Loyalty Scheme. All decisions by the Promoter are final.
    5. The Perks Points:
      1. do not have the same validity period as Loyalty Points; 
      2. can only be accrued during the Promotion Period; and
      3. can only be redeemed in accordance with Section 8 of these terms and conditions (Distribution of Reward). 
    6. For any customers that join the Loyalty Scheme during the Promotion Period:
      1. the Perks Points will be issued on any Qualifying Purchases made after the Promoter has confirmed receipt of the completed registration; 
      2. the Promoter will confirm receipt of the completed registration to: (i) the Loyalty Scheme and; (ii) the Offer, and notify the participant of any issues with the (i) Loyalty Scheme registration and/or (ii) the Offer registration forms within 48 hours of receiving the completed Loyalty Scheme registration form and the completed Offer registration form by the participant; 
      3. if there are any issues with: (i) the Loyalty Scheme registration and/or (ii) the Offer registration, the participant must rectify these issues following notification from the Promoter, otherwise Qualifying Purchases will not be eligible until those issues are resolved.
  5. Maximum Number of Rewards: There is no limit to the maximum number of Plumbers Perks that each Qualifying Customer can obtain during the Promotion Period. 
  6. New/Existing Customers: This offer is open to both new and existing Promoter trade customers provided that they are or become Loyalty Scheme members prior to making a Qualifying Purchase and register for the Offer during the Promotion Period in accordance with Section 4 (Eligibility) above.
  7. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:
    1. accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
    2. customers with internal and/or external contract support; 
    3. any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees
    4. national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
    5. any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; 
    6. public sector or housing association employees;
    7. any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;
    8. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); 
    9. any customers that currently receive, or are connected to a customer that currently has in place a discount on bespoke written arrangement on pricing with City Plumbing, The Bathroom Showroom and/or PTS or any member of the Group.
  8. Distribution of Reward: 
    1. All Perks Points amounting to the equivalent of £50.00 (approximately 50,000 points) and above, which are earned between 1st September 20205 and 31 October 2025 (being the “First Perks Period”) will automatically be transferred to each participant’s Loyalty Scheme account on 1st December 2025 (the “First Redemption Date”). The participant can continue to accrue Perks Points from the end of the First Perks Period to the end of the Promotion Period, notwithstanding any transfer of the Perks Points on the First Redemption Date.
    2.  Any Perks Points which amount to the equivalent of £49.99 (approximately 49,999 points) and below which are earned within the First Perks Period shall remain in the Plumbers Perks account, showing as a “Pending Points balance”. 
9. All Perks Points amounting to the equivalent of £50.00 (approximately 50,000 points) and above, which are earned during the Promotion Period and have not been transferred to the participant’s Loyalty Scheme account on the First Redemption Date will automatically be transferred to each participant’s Loyalty Scheme account on 2nd February 2026 (the “Second Redemption Date”). 
10. Any Perks Points which amount to the equivalent of £49.99 (approximately 49,999 points) and below which are earned within the Promotion Period shall not be carried over to any subsequent period and will expire on 1st March 2026. All unredeemed Perks Points earned through the Offer will expire on 1st March 2026 and cannot be redeemed after this date.
11. Redemption Method: Perks Points awarded to the Qualifying Customer which the Qualifying Customer elects to redeem, (provided they comply with the terms of these terms and conditions), will be directly transferred on to the Qualifying Customer’s Loyalty Scheme account. 
12. Refunds: If a Qualifying Customer requires a refund on any purchases made for any Qualifying Purchases (including where the refund is made following the expiry of the relevant Promotion Period), City Plumbing will deduct the value of the refund from the Qualifying Customer’s account and any Perks Points awarded in relation to that Qualifying Purchase shall be deducted from the Qualifying Customer's points total in their Loyalty Scheme account within 90 days of the refund.
13. Expiry of Reward: The validity of the Perks Points is detailed in Section 8 of these terms and conditions. The validity of Loyalty Points under the Loyalty Scheme are detailed in the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme which can be found here.
14. One Offer at a Time: The Offer may only be used in accordance with the accrual of points under the Loyalty Scheme and cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer offered by the Promoter.
15. No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative is available and the Perks Points are non-transferable. The Offer is subject to the availability of products and the Promoter makes no guarantee that any or all products that make up a Qualifying Purchase will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
16. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice.
18. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy.
19. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.
20. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
