Qualifying spend will be assessed 3 months after the new cash account opening. After assessment, within 21 days of qualifying, customers will be notified of their qualification via email, providing email marketing consents are granted, and through a phone call, where possible. Qualifying customers will choose their gift via a form linked to their qualification email or submitting required details via email to city.plumbing@smartimpressions.co.uk. the gift will be delivered to the customer's parented* branch for collection.
