New Account Incentive - Full T&Cs

Terms and conditions: Offer applies to new customer accounts of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) and Plumbing Trade Supplies (company number 01851210) between 26th February 2024 and 30th April 2024.
New trade credit accounts opened at certain branches will receive a 20% discount on all purchases made within the first 3 months of opening the account and new trade cash accounts opened at certain branches will receive a 10% discount on all purchases made within 3 months of opening the account ("Offer"). Customers will be unable to use the discount on purchases made in certain branches. These branches are detailed at the end of these terms. 
Please note, the discount can sometimes take up to 3 days to load onto a customer's account.
The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The following individuals/employees are excluded from the Offer:
  • existing credit account customers opening an additional credit account;
  • existing cash account customers opening an additional cash account.
  • accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
  • any and all accounts who are large (more than 15 employees);
  • national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
  • any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; 
  • public sector or housing association employees; and
  • any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited.
Offer further excludes the following products sold by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited:
  • All boilers
  • All boiler packs;
  • All copper products;
  • All power Tools;
  • All Smart Home products; 
  • All cable products; 
  • All solar products; and
  • All Air Source Heat Pumps;
Offer is only valid for orders placed within 3 months of the date of the new account opening.
In entering the Offer, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Purchases invoiced and not paid in full when they fall due will not qualify. All purchases of goods, eligibility and accounts will be verified by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and Plumbing Trade Supplies to ensure compliance with these terms and qualifying criteria. 
The Offer will be loaded onto the new credit/cash account upon opening with the applicable discount being available on that account for a period of 3 months from the date the new account is opened. Customers must use the new account to receive the discount and the discount will be applied automatically to all purchases (except excluded products, as detailed above) made through that account at the point of each transaction. All items are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative available. The reward is non-transferrable and only applies to the account opened. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other Offer or discount. City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time on reasonable notice. By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Registration of a new account will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.
