The following terms and conditions apply to the “Ideal Getaway” promotion (the “Promotion”), which runs from 1 Sep 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”), and is available in-branch and online for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”). The Promotion is supported by Ideal Heating, a trading name of Groupe Atlantic Ltd (the “Partner”).

The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 1 September 2026 to 23:59 on 31 December 2026 inclusive.

Eligible participants can earn entries into four monthly prize draws by registering qualifying Ideal Heating products during the Promotional Period.

There will be one prize draw for each of the following months:

Each monthly draw will include qualifying registrations made during the relevant preceding month.

Participants will receive entries into the relevant monthly prize draw based on the qualifying product purchased through City Plumbing:

For example, registering one qualifying Logic Air during the Promotional Period will provide five entries into the relevant monthly prize draw.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying products that can be registered or entries that can be earned during the Promotional Period.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each monthly prize draw.

The winner of each monthly draw will receive a £5,000 holiday voucher.

There will therefore be four £5,000 holiday voucher prizes available during the Promotion, with one winner selected for each monthly draw.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

The holiday voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider.

The monthly prize draws will take place at the beginning of the following month:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified shortly after the relevant draw using the contact details held by City Plumbing Supplies.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or is found to be ineligible, City Plumbing Supplies and Ideal Heating reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
