The following terms and conditions apply to our ‘Ideal Standard Coffee for a Quote’ offer (“Offer”) for customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):

Promotional Period: 00:00am on 1 March 2024 to 11:59pm on 30 April 2024 inclusive.

Qualifying Products: The Ideal Standard product range sold by the Promoter in the Promoter’s showroom branches.

Offer: The Offer is a £15 Costa Coffee eGift Card (“Reward”) for obtaining a written bathroom quotation from one of the Promoter’s showroom managers in one of the Promotor’s showroom branches which includes a minimum of £500 excluding VAT of Qualifying Products within the Promotional Period (the “Offer”) (the “Qualifying Quote”).

Eligibility:

The Offer is only valid to customers who hold an existing Trade Account with the Promoter or the Bathroom Showroom (a trading name of the Promoter) (“Trade Account”) that obtain a Qualifying Quote which has been provided by one of the Promotor’s showroom managers once the showroom manager has completed the Promotor’s application form relating to the Offer (the “Application Form”) during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Customer”).
Qualifying Quotes and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions made by the Promoter are final.
Any Qualifying Quotes which are provided to a Qualifying Customer during the Promotional Period but before the Qualifying Customer receives confirmation from the Promoter that they have qualified for the Reward in accordance with clause 8, will be eligible for the Offer.
If the participator does not receive confirmation from the Promoter that they have qualified for a Reward within 48 hours of the date the Qualifying Quote was obtained, the participator must contact the Promoter at rewards@cityplumbing.co.uk who will verify if the participator was a Qualifying Customer at the time of the Qualifying Quote.

Maximum Number of Rewards: The Offer is limited to two Rewards per Qualifying Customer during the Promotional Period.

Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK mainland residents (excluding residents of Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding:

accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees;
national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;
any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;
merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and
customers with internal and/or external contract support.

Notification of Reward: The Promoter will confirm to the Qualifying Customer that their Application Form has been processed and that they have qualified for a Reward in writing via email within 48 hours of the date of the Qualifying Quote and completion of the Application Form.

Distribution of Reward: Rewards will be sent to the email address linked to the Qualifying Customer’s Trade Account (as detailed on the Qualifying Customer’s completed Application Form) within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period. Rewards will be issued by way of a Costa Coffee eGift Card ("Card”). Only one Card will be issued per Qualifying Customer. The value of the Card issued will be either: £15 if the Qualifying Customer has qualified for one Reward; or £30 if the Qualifying Customer has qualified for two Rewards.

Expiry of Reward: Rewards will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and the expiry date will be detailed on the Card issued to the Qualifying Customer.

Terms and Conditions Relating to Use of the Card: The Reward will be issued by the Promoter, but the Card issuer’s terms and conditions will apply to the use of the Card which can be accessed here: https://gifting.costa.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. If the participant’s purchase at Costa Coffee exceeds the value of the Card, the participant must pay the balance of the purchase price.

One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.

No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non-transferrable.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time without notice. There are limited Rewards available for this promotion, and we reserve the right to withdraw this Offer during the Promotional Period in the event all the Rewards have been awarded prior to 11:59pm on 30 April 2024.

Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy.

Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
