Ideal Christmas - Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to our Ideal Christmas is on us offer detailed below for credit account and trade cash card customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”): 

Please note: This offer is not valid in Northern Ireland.

1. Promotional Period: 1 July 2024 to 30 November 2024 inclusive.

2. Qualifying Products: Max Boilers and Esprit Boilers

3. Offer: The offer is cashback on Max and Esprit Boilers depending on the number of Qualifying Products purchased in a single transaction online or in store (“Reward”) for any credit account or trade cash account customer of the Promoter that makes a purchase as below during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”):

4. Eligibility: 

a. The Reward is only valid to existing and/or new credit account or trade cash account customers that have:

(i) made a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period; and

(ii) submitted the relevant transaction information for the Qualifying Purchase together with any requested information (such as account number, customer details, etc) required by the online application form relating to the Offer on the Promoter’s website: [https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/content/ideal-christmas] (the “Qualifying Customer”).

b. Both the Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms.

c. This Offer cannot be retrospectively applied to any purchases made during the Promotional Period by a customer that does not have a valid credit account or trade cash account at the time of purchase and during the Promotional Period. All decisions by the Promoter are final. 

d. Any Qualifying Purchase that is invoiced and not paid in full will not qualify for any Reward.

e. Purchases of Qualifying Products that have been returned will not be eligible and any online application form relating to the Offer that may have been completed where Qualifying Products have since been returned will be void.

f. For any new credit account or trade cash account that is opened during the Promotional Period: 

(i) the Reward will be issued on any Qualifying Purchases made after the Promoter has confirmed receipt of the completed registration;

(ii) the Promoter will confirm receipt of the completed registration of the new account and notify the Qualifying Customer of any issues with the account registration within 48 hours of receiving the completed registration form by the participant; and

(iii) if there are any issues with the new account registration, the customer must rectify these issues following notification from the Promoter otherwise Qualifying Purchases will not be eligible until those issues are resolved.

5. Maximum Number of Rewards: There is no maximum number of Rewards a Qualifying Customer can obtain during the Promotional Period.

6. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:

a) accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations; 

b) any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees;

c) national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;

d) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;

e) participants in Government Energy Schemes

f) any and all current employees or members of British Gas;

g) any and all current employees or members of BOXT Limited;

h) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;

i) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and

j) customers with internal and/or external contract support.

7. Distribution of Reward The Rewards are supplied by Ideal Heating Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with the company number 00322137, who will send the Reward to the Qualifying Customer, in conjunction with its designated third-party provider, Prizeshark Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05340815), using the email address linked to the Qualifying Customer’s credit or cash trade account.

8. Expiry of Reward: The Reward will be valid from the date of receipt up to and including such period as notified to you upon receipt of the Reward under the terms and conditions linked above.  

9. One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer. 

10. No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non-transferrable. 

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 

12. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice. 

13. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy. 

14. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

15. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
