The Aerona³ heat pump, which is stocked with City Plumbing Supplies ready for quick delivery to any location in mainland UK, is an award-winning range of air-to-water heat pumps.

When you purchase your first Aerona³ heat pump, you can claim a free assisted set up which will be provided by a representative from Grant UK.

During this set up, you will receive onsite support completing the set up of your Aerona³ installation and your customer will receive a comprehensive handover of their new heat pump system provided by the manufacturer.

What is included with the free assisted heat pump set up?

When you order an eligible Grant Aerona³ heat pump during the promotional period, Grant UK will be on hand to attend the installation (once the system has been installed) to provide assistance with completing set up. This will include:

Support with setting up the heat pump controller settings
Support with checking that all the heat pump and system settings are correctly inputted as per the design and heat loss requirements
Support with setting up the legionella regime
Providing you and your customer with an in-dept explanation as to how to operate the controls and heat pump
Answer any questions you and your customer may have onsite and in person

What purchases are eligible?

To claim this free assisted heat pump set up from Grant UK, installers simply need to purchase their first Aerona³ heat pump through City Plumbing Supplies between 1st January 2024 through to 30th June 2024.

Only Grant Aerona³ heat pumps purchased during this promotional period are eligible and they will need to be installed between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2024. Customers who have previously purchased a Grant Aerona³ heat pump through City Plumbing Supplies will not be eligible for this promotion.*

How to claim

To book the service of a free assisted heat pump set up, following an eligible purchase, installers will need to contact their local Area Sales Manager at Grant UK – to find the contact information of your local Grant UK Sales Representative, please visit www.grantuk.com/professional/support - Grant UK will then book a mutually convenient date for their representative to attend site and carry out the assisted set up service. Both the installer and end-user will need to be present during Grant UK’s visit.
