Free Delivery on Spares

The following terms and conditions apply to the Offer:

1. The Offer includes free delivery on all spares (“Offer”).

2. Promotional Period: 00:00am on 9th June to 11:59pm on 31st August 2025 inclusive.

4. The Offer is only valid on purchases online or through our app and where we have provided a promotional code to you in your basket. The promotional code will need to be entered at the checkout in order for the Offer to be applied.

5. All items are subject to availability.

6. The Offer is exclusive to spares and guests accounts only.

7. No cash alternative available, and the code is not transferable.

8. This Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding those persons set out in clause 9 below).

9. The following are excluded from participating in the Offer:

a) accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;

b) any and all accounts for entities that have more than 15 employees;

c) national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;

d) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;

e) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;

f) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and

g) customers with internal and/or external contract support.

10. For the avoidance of doubt this Offer is not available on products purchased instore or by telephone.

11. By using this offer, the customer will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. By participating in this offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the qualifying customer in respect of the offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the offer.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
