Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) and Plumbing Trade Supplies (company number 01851210), both part of the Highbourne Group (together, the “Promoter”). Registered Office: Highbourne House, Eldon Way, Crick, Northamptonshire, NN6 7SL.
2. The Promotion
Eligible existing customers of the Promoter will be automatically entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) if they meet the qualifying spend requirements during the Promotional Period.
Up to 61 Prizes will be awarded, one prize for each day within the promotional period. Prizes will only be awarded if the eligibility criteria is met for each day of the promotional period:
- A football shirt of your choice from the available selection provided
A link to order the football shirt from the selection available will be sent to the email address registered to the trade account.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 00:00 on 1 June 2026 until 23:59 on 31 July 2026, inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
4. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open only to customers who, during the Promotional Period:
- Hold an existing, approved City Plumbing trade account,
- Purchase a Bristan Frenzy Thermostatic Bar Mixer Shower & Kit within the Promotional Period;
- Are UK residents aged 18 or over; and
- Are not an Excluded Participant (see clause 9).
Spend is calculated based on invoiced value excluding VAT and credits. All entries are subject to verification. The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility is final.
5. How to Enter
Entry is automatic. No application is required.
To qualify for entry into the Prize Draw, an eligible customer must:
- Hold a valid trade account throughout the Promotional Period; and
- Purchase a Bristan Frenzy Thermostatic Bar Mixer Shower & Kit,
- One entry per Bristan Frenzy Thermostatic Bar Mixer Shower & Kit purchased through the qualifying trade account is permitted.
6. Prize Draw Date
All qualifying entries between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 will be entered into a single Prize Draw, which will take place on or around [DRAW DATE –. 1 July 2026].
All qualifying entries between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 will be entered into a single Prize Draw, which will take place on or around [DRAW DATE –. 3 August 2026].
7. The Prizes
One winner will be selected for each day of the promotion:
- A football shirt of your choice from the available selection provided
Prizes will be sent to the email address registered to the trade account within 60 days of the draw date.
The prizes:
- Have no cash alternative;
- Are non-transferable;
- Can only be used on the winning account; and
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random by an impartial method from all qualifying entries.
Winners will be contacted via the email address registered to their trade account within 7 business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
9. Excluded Participants
The following are not eligible to participate:
- Public sector organisations or housing associations;
- National or regional housebuilders or contractors;
- Businesses with more than 15 employees;
- Customers receiving bespoke, contract, or project pricing arrangements;
- Merchants, resellers, or competitors of City Plumbing or Plumbing Trade Supplies;
- Employees of the Highbourne Group, their immediate families, or agents;
- Employees of agencies or suppliers directly associated with the Prize Draw.
10. Publication of Winners
The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of the winners to comply with regulatory requirements, including requests from the Advertising Standards Authority.
11. Amendment or Withdrawal
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Data Protection
The Promoter will process personal data provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this competition, selecting winners, and arranging delivery or fulfilment of any prizes. This processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
In addition, the Promoter may use entrants’ contact details to invite them to join the Bristan on Tap installer community. Such invitations will be sent on the basis of the Promoter’s legitimate interests in growing and engaging its professional installer network. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
Where necessary to fulfil or deliver a prize, the Promoter may share relevant personal data (such as the winner’s name, contact details, and delivery address) with carefully selected third-party suppliers, partners, or agents. Such third parties are only permitted to use the personal data for the purpose of prize fulfilment and are contractually required to keep the data secure and process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The lawful basis for processing personal data is the Promoter’s legitimate interests in administering the competition, inviting participation in the Tristan on Tap installer community, and fulfilling prizes, and/or the performance of a contract with the entrant. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the competition, send any relevant invitations, and meet any legal or regulatory requirements.
Entrants have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction or erasure of their data, and to object to or restrict certain types of processing, including direct marketing. Requests should be directed to the Promoter using the contact details set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Prize Draw or use of the prize.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Acceptance
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
