Confirmation of Your Direct Debit

Thank you for confirming that your recorded account details are correct and you would like to sign up for direct debit payments to your credit account.

Within 10 working days, you will receive an email directly from our direct debit supplier, GoCardless. This will contain the final instructions to confirm your Direct Debit.

Once the direct debit instruction is received and completed we will update your account to confirm that it is being paid by direct debit and if this is completed by the 25th of the month the first payment taken will be for the balance falling due at the end of that month. You will receive a notification of the value and date of the payment being taken. This will then be reflected on your account within 3 working days.
