Becker & Wolf Prize Draw prize
The following terms and conditions apply to our “Becker & Wolf Heat Pump Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”) which takes place from 16 February 2025 to 30 April 2026 online for customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”).
  1. Promotional Period: 00:00am on 16 February 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 April 2026 inclusive.
  2. Draw Date: 8 May 2026.
  3. Description of the Prize: Becker & Wolf Wall mounted 100L Hot Water Heat Pump R290 BWHP100WM290 (SKU 207550) 
  4. Excluded Participants: 
    1. any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate family members of such employees; 
    2. any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; or
    3. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies).
  5. How to enter the Prize Draw: Participants can enter the Prize Draw by completing the entry form in full that is available here. Only one entry per customer is allowed.
  6. Notifying the Winners:
    1. The Prize Draw winners will be selected at random by an impartial individual using a random generator on the Draw Date. 
    2. Within 7 business days of the Draw Date, the Promoter will attempt to contact the Prize Draw winners via direct message on the email submitted in the entry form. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Prize Draw if the winners cannot reasonably be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted by the Promoter.
  7. Distribution of Prize:
    1. Only one Prize will be awarded for the Prize Draw.
    2. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
    3. The Prize to be delivered and supplied directly by Becker & Wolf.
    4. The Prize will be confirmed by email within 3 business days of the winner responding to the Promoter's message notifying the winner that they have won the Prize.
  8. Award of Prize:
    1. The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
    2. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it.
  9. No Alternatives to the Prize: No cash alternative is available to the Prize.
  10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By entering the Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  11. Amendment and Cancellation: If circumstances arise that are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and the Organiser, they reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time without notice. 
  12. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.highbournegroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Details of the winner including their surname and county will be available on written request by any regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority.
  13. Liability: Neither the Promoter or Organiser shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the prize winner in respect of the Prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Prize Draw. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any entries which are not received for any reason.
  14. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
