Air Source Heat Pump Summer Promo

Thank you for your interest in our “CPS Installer Promotion” (the "Promotion"). These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") for the Promotion. Entry/claim instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this Promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read the following carefully. 

The "Promoter" is LG Electronics UK whose registered address is Velocity 2, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 0SL. The Promoter has engaged the services of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) to assist with the running of this Promotion, the collection and management of data, and the selection of the winners (“Data Processors”/ “Agents”).   

1. The Promotion is open to City Plumbing Installers only. The following are not eligible to enter: Branch manager employees, consultants, contractors or agents of the Promoter or any of its affiliates, their families, or anyone else professionally associated with the Promotion (including the Data Processors). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” shall mean any company forming part of City Plumbing. 

2. To enter the promotion the Installer must buy 5 LG Therma V Monobloc Heat pumps (“Qualifying Product/s”) bearing the following model numbers: - HM051MR.U44 - HM071MR.U44 - HM091MR.U44 - HM121MR.U34 - HM141MR.U34 - HM161MR.U34

3. Installers have a maximum of 1 entry per month. If an Installer wins, they will not be able to win further monthly prizes.

4. The Promotion is available for purchases’ of a Qualifying Product and installed between 00:01GMT on August 1st 2023 to 23:59GMT on October 31st 2023 and registered by the Data Processor by no later than 23:59GMT on October 31st 2023.

5. Sales before August 1st 2023 or after October 31st 2023 will not be accepted.

6. Installers may make sales of the Qualifying Product, however claims will only be validated 30 days from the purchase date.

7. Entrants must be 18 years or over and residents of the UK.

8. All purchases must be validated by the Data Processor. To validate purchases the Data Processor will review eligible sales of Installers and submit the proof of purchase information required to the Promoter as per clause 8.1. at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/content/ashp-promo

8.1 Purchase verification details: - Invoice number & date, - Serial and model Number, - Unit cost (£), - Invoicing branch and accumulated record.

9. All purchases must be made through City Plumbing Supplies Limited.

10. We reserve the right to validate any and all claims independently.

11. The Promotion consists of the following prizes:

11.1 X88 LG UHD TV LG UR91 55" TVs (Model number 55UR91006LA.AEK)

12. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) incomplete; (e) on behalf of another person; or (f) joint submissions. If the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may disqualify you.

13. The Promoter and/or its Agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent the sending or receipt of your entry.

14. The Promoter and/or its Agents do not accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. 

15. Prizes are limited to the first 88 successful entrants. The winners will be selected by the Promoter and/or the Data Processors upon confirmation of valid entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its Agents.

16. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including via email (and other details provided at entry).

17. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim his/her prize within 96 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from said winner and pick the next eligible entrant. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to take up the prize within the timescales set out in this clause.

18. Prizes will be delivered as quickly as possible after the necessary documentation has been submitted and verified

19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be limited for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any Data Processors/Agents appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless the participant’s consent has been obtained. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at: https://www.lg.com/uk/privacy.

20. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agency and suppliers to administer the promotion.

21. Publicity: 

21.1 The winners accept that their image may be used in promotional materials in relation to the Promotion and agree to participate in any requested promotional activity in relation to this Promotion.

21.2 If you object for your image being used, please contact the Promoter by writing to: LG Electronics, Velocity 2, and Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 0SL.

22. If a claim is validated and the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a suitable alternative of similar type and value. The Promoter has full discretion over this Promotion.

23. This Promotion may not be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

24. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. 

25. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so (including in the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the Promotion impossible or impractical). The Promoter will not be liable for any loss whatsoever as a result of the cancellation of the Promotion.

26. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The name and country of each winner will be made available for one calendar month from the conclusion of the Promotion. To obtain this information, please contact the Promoter by writing to: LG Electronics, Velocity 2, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 0SL. If you object to your surname or country being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at this address. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority in the UK on request. 

27. The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it published on the website.

28. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its Data Processors/Agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter and/or its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

29. The Promoter and its Data Processors/Agents will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

30. If any clause in these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then such clause or part of such clause shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

31. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

32. This Promotion, these terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Participants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
