Dave Evans, Managing Director, The Plumbing & Heating Businesses
Dave joined the Group as Finance Director for the Travis Perkins merchant company and Benchmarx in 2013. He was then appointed Finance Director for Group Operations, where his remit covered the Group’s Plumbing & Heating businesses as well as Toolstation, both in the UK and Europe.
Dave was promoted to Deputy CEO and CFO for the Plumbing & Heating Division in 2019, before assuming the role of Managing Director for this division in 2020.
Prior to joining Travis Perkins plc, Dave worked across a variety of finance roles in the retail sector in the UK, Ireland and Australia, more specifically with Coles Group and Alliance Boots.
Graeme Barnes, Finance Director
Graeme joined Travis Perkins in 2015 to run the Group's Investor Relations function, expanding this in subsequent years to include the role of Group Treasurer, as well as leading the Group's Tax, Communications and Cash & Banking functions.
An experienced finance professional, Graeme is a qualified accountant as well as being a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Prior to joining the TP Group, Graeme previously held roles in Investor Relations, Group Treasury and Manufacturing Operations at Rolls-Royce plc.
Kevin Williams, Managing Director of Operations
Having started as a management trainee for Travis Perkins in 1994, Kevin has held numerous senior operational and strategic roles within the P&H Division over the last 8 years including Kevin has progressed through Branch Manager and Regional Director roles before most recently holding the position of MD of Operations. Kevin has held numerous senior operational and strategic roles within the P&H Division over the last 8 years since the original TP acquisition of the BSS Group.
Previous businesses and roles: Regional Managing Director P&H Division (20 months), Managing Director Group Spares (3 years), Operations Director PTS (3 years), Regional Director Travis Perkins (5 years), Branch Manager Travis Perkins (10 years), various Branch based roles in Travis Perkins (2 years).
Matt Hunt, Managing Director - Underfloor Heating Store & Electrical
Matt joined the Plumbing and Heating team in early 2019 as Managing Director of the South Region for our City Plumbing and PTS branches.
Matt has extensive experience in the Trade & Retail sector having held senior roles in Birchwood, Rexel, Saint Gobain, Woseley and Halfords; leading cultural and business transformations that delivered significant improvements to the customer proposition and operational and financial performance.
Darren Redwood, Managing Director of the North
Darren Redwood is the Managing Director of the North Region of City Plumbing branches. Darren joined the Plumbing and Heating team in November 2015 taking on the role of Operations Director. In 2018 Darren moved into the role of Managing Director of the North responsible for the day to day direction, P&L and strategic objectives of our branch Network.
Darren joined the team with extensive previous experience in Operations and Supply Chain senior roles with organisations including Belron and O’Brien.
Caitlin Alsop, HR Director
Caitlin joined the Travis Perkins Group as HR Business Partner in 2016 and started in the Plumbing and Heating division as HR Director in March 2020.
Caitlin is a CIPD accredited HR professional with a background in manufacturing, logistics and FMCG industries gained in organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover, Kelloggs and Selfridges. Caitlin is experienced in being part of senior leadership teams to deliver strategic people plans, change initiatives and developing organisations that support businesses to achieve their operational plans.
Steve Smith, Managing Director of Sales
Today Steve is Managing Director Of Sales and leads the sales teams for our branches and wholesale business. This includes the National and Regional Sales Teams, the Regional Trading Hubs and the Estimating Offices. Steve is also responsible for our online sales and marketing and external marketing in our branch and showroom network.
Steve has been in the Plumbing and Heating business for over 7 years starting his career as Director of The Bathroom Showroom and later progressing to Managing Director of The Bathroom Showroom. Steve then became MD of the West Region driving Branch performance.
Gary Venn, Commercial Director
Gary is the Commercial Director of the Plumbing and Heating Business. Gary started his Travis Perkins career nearly 5 years ago working as Trading Director of Wickes Building Materials, Garden and Decorative Categories
An accomplished commercial Category Director Gary also has extensive experience in leading teams spanning commercial, marketing, merchandising, sourcing, and product development
Mark Trevorrow, IT Director
Mark joined the Travis Perkins Group as IT Director of the Plumbing and Heating division in July 2017.
Mark is a highly experienced IT Director with extensive experience of delivering IT and process solutions into the FMCG, Food Retail and Retail industries. Mark is well versed in driving effective information systems and working as part of a management board to deliver commercial success.
Mark has held board level roles at a number of organisations including the Musgrave Group, one of Europe's largest food wholesalers.
Stuart Tosh, Supply Chain Director
Stuart has more than 20 years experience in supply chain management and fulfilment roles from a variety of blue chip organisations
Stuart’s ethos is to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders, to try out new ideas and measure results so improvements and efficiencies can be understood and exploited. Stuart’s vision is to make the supply chain a key differential for the brand and add value to the business and customers.
