Mapei Ultracolor Plus - 111 Silver Grey is a fast setting and drying flexible mould and water resistant grout for joints from 2-20mm. Ultracolor Plus is suitable for interior and exterior wall and floor grouting of ceramic tiles, porcelain, terracotta, stone material, glass and marble mosaics. Water-repellent with DropEffect and anti-mould with BioBlock technology, Ultracolor Plus is Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, power showers, swimming pools, terraces, façades and heavily trafficked commercial areas. Colour consistant with the Mapei Coloured Solvent-Free Silicone Sealant range.

- Mold resistant BioBlock technology special organic molecules distribute themselves evenly in the micro-structure of the joints to block the formation of micro-organisms that cause mould damage
- Water repellent and Drop Effect technology reduces the absorption of surface water
- Waiting time for finishing 15 to 30 mins, ready for light foot traffic in approximately 3 hours

- Uniform colour free of staining and resistant to UV light
- Resistant to abrasion, compression and flexural strength

- Made up of a blend of special hydraulic binders, graded aggregates, special polymers, water repellent admixtures, organic molecules and pigments
- Maximum Coverage Area is guide coverage tile size 150 mm x 150 mm x 6 mm with 3 mm joint = 0.4 kg/m2
