Overview
The in-line Fernox magnetic scale reducer uses magnetic principles to prevent the build-up of scale throughout the home by causing the formation of needle-like aragonite crystals, which unlike normal calcite are less likely to stick to heat-exchange surfaces. It is most suited to single appliance protection, and is predominantly used for boiler protection against the damaging effects of scale. It can be easily connected onto 22mm, or 15mm pipework, and requires no maintenance. The positive effects of the Fernox magnetic scale reducer can - dependent upon water usage - continue for up to 10 years. This provides you with a more efficient system, lowering your fuel bills and system maintenance. Due to its compact size, and high quality finish, the Fernox is ideal for use in restricted spaces, and where the finished installation is visible for the user to see.
