Overview
Switchee is a connected Smart Thermostat which provides the landlord with valuable insights on the environment in, and fabric of the home. Our Wireless kit requires two power supply wires from the boiler or a plugged in PSU (supplied). Additional Z-Wave sensors (sold separately) can be added to this Z-Wave device.
- Landlord can remotely monitor for CDM, fuel poverty, overheating and resident welfare.
- Landlord and resident can communicate through device messaging with 90% response rate.
- Landlord can monitor boiler/heat pump performance proactively and identify issues.
- Additional Z-Wave sensors can be added such as energy clamps and CO2 sensors.
