Description
The PolyMax socket reducer by Polypipe is an ideal push-fit plumbing connector. With slim and sleek fittings, it is the perfect choice for surface mounted installations. Ideal to be used on a wide range of home improvement and refit projects, including hot and cold water systems. For extra security, choose the new Polypipe sealed stiffener. All PolyMax fittings are supplied with pre-lubricated EPDM 'O' rings. If for any reason further lubrication is required only Polypipe silicone lubricant should be used. Substances such as solder flux must not be used.
- Comes with lock tight fittings that prevent accidental release
- Easily adjustable using handy release tool
- Use with flexible polybutylene pipe for even the most difficult locations
- Also compatible with Polypipe white polybutylene pipe systems or copper pipe
- Not suitable for transportation of gases or for systems with a high concentration of chlorine
- Do not insert fingers into the PolyMax fittings as the grab ring is sharp and designed to grip
