Description
The Alpha automatic air vent has a pressure safety mechanism in the central heating system. They function by releasing a build-up of air via a float. An automated air vent has a float that, depending on the water level, either opens or closes as water passes through the heating and cooling system. The float will be forced to the top and the vent will be blocked if the system is devoid of air until the water level falls.
