John Guest Speedfit Equal-Elbow Push-Fit 22 mm fittings are for joining pieces of copper or plastic pipe of the same size to create a 90-degree curve. Simply fully press the Push-Fit fitting onto the pipe, then lock it in place by clockwise rotating the plastic nut. Unlock the nut manually, push the collet toward the Push-Fit fitting's body, then pull the pipe to remove the connection. The John Guest Speedfit equal elbow Push-Fit fitting can be installed up to 40 percent faster than traditional techniques because it eliminates the need for hot work and tools. It is also simpler to use in limited places.
