- Offer: The offer is valid when a customer spends £200 exc VAT on boiler accessories, water treatments, pumps, pipes & fittings in branch only. Pricing will be adjusted on one of the following products to create the discounted costs. - Qualifying Purchase: The order subtotal (excluding VAT and delivery charges) must be £200 or more and be within the promotional period and categories (boiler accessories, water treatments, pumps, pipes & fittings) to be eligible for the offer. Purchases valid are in branch only
- Eligibility: This Offer cannot be retrospectively applied to any purchase made during the Promotional Period by a customer. All decision by the Promoter are final
- Maximum Number of Rewards: There is no maximum number of Rewards a Qualifying Customer can obtain during the Promotional Period.
- New/Existing customers: This offer is open to both new and existing trade customers provided they make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period in accordance with section 3
- Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:
a) accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
b) customers with internal and / or external contract support;
c) any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees;
d) national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
e) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees;
f) public sector or housing association employees;
g) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;
h) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and
i) customers with internal and/or external contract support.8. Notification of Reward: The Reward will automatically be added to Qualifying Customer’s trade account within 24 hours of a Qualifying Purchase being made in accordance with these terms. The Reward will be limited to Qualifying Purchases only. All other purchases within the same transaction will be allocated single points as normal.
- One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.
- No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non- transferrable. The Offer is subject to the availability of products and the Promoter makes no guarantee that any or all of the products that make up a Qualifying Purchase will be available at all times during the Promotional Period.

- Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
