City Plumbing and PTS offer a range of products across plumbing, heating, bathroom and electrical categories through a dedicated network of over 350 branches nationwide and through our website.
The City Plumbing website offers over 20,000 products to order for delivery or click and collect, with stock check facility, a branch locator and full online account management facilities. A range of best in class manufacturers are available to purchase through City Plumbing and PTS and competitive price points offer great value for money. Concessions within City Plumbing include City Heating Spares and The Bathroom Showroom.
The Bathroom Showroom
Our 250 Bathroom Showrooms showcase the best branded and own label bathroom ranges, operated by a sales and design consultant, helping local tradesmen deliver a complete offer to their customers faster and more efficiently.
You can refer your customers to visit our showrooms who can come in and look around, receive a free 3D design and plan.
Direct Heating Spares (DHS)
DHS is our online distributor and is dedicated to helping our customers get the spare parts they need as quickly as possible. We provide our customers with excellent customer service from start to finish.
Our warehouse in Chorley has over 20,000 parts in stock and ready to be picked and delivered as soon as the next day to over 3,000 pick-up points across the UK. If we don't have the part you need, we work closely with most major manufacturers so you can be sure we'll get the part quickly to where they need it.
Our friendly team are always happy to answer questions and try to help identify the correct part our customers need. If you order it by 8pm, we can get it to them by 12pm the following day. Our call centre is open 7am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and 9am-1pm Sunday.
National Shower Spares (NSS)
NSS is the UK’s leading Supplier of Shower Spares and is an official stockist for over 30 manufacturers in this area. With over 10,000 parts in stock NSS are able to help our customers find the part they need.
