Terms & Conditions
1. Who is the promotor?
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is operated by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) and Plumbing Trade Supplies Limited (company number 01851210) (together, the “Promoter”).
2. What is the promotion?
2.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, new trade credit accounts opened during the promotional period will receive a 20% discount, and new trade cash accounts will receive a 10% discount, off the Promoter’s advertised visible prices on eligible purchases for a period of three (3) calendar months from the date the relevant account is opened (the “Discount Period”) (the “Offer”).
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right for the applicable discount to take up to three (3) working days from the date of account opening to be applied to the relevant account.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Offer is open only to new customer accounts opened with the Promoter during the promotional period.
3.2 The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.3 Unless the Promoter expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the following are excluded from participation:
(a) existing credit account customers opening an additional credit account;
(b) existing cash account customers opening an additional cash account;
(c) public sector organisations or housing associations;
(d) businesses employing more than fifteen (15) employees;
(e) national or regional house builder companies and/or contractors;
(f) any current employees of Highbourne Group Limited or any member of its group, and their immediate family members;
(g) public sector or housing association employees; and
(h) employees of any agencies, suppliers or other third parties professionally connected with the Promotion, including their families or agents.
3.4 All accounts, purchases and eligibility are subject to verification by the Promoter, whose decision shall be final and binding.
4. Excluded products
4.1 The Offer shall not apply to the purchase of the following products: (a) all boilers and boiler packs; (b) all power tools; (c) all smart home products; (d) all cable products; (e) all solar products; and (f) all air source heat pumps.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend the list of excluded products at its discretion.
5. Operation of the offer
5.1 The Offer will be applied automatically to the newly opened credit or cash account once approved and activated.
5.2 The discount applies only to purchases: (a) made using the newly opened account; and (b) placed during the Discount Period.
5.3 Purchases that are invoiced but not paid in full by the applicable due date shall not qualify for the Offer.
5.4 The Offer applies at the point of transaction and cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. Restrictions
6.1 The Offer is subject to availability.
6.2 There is no cash alternative, substitution or compensation available in respect of the Offer.
6.3 The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may only be used by the account holder in relation to the account opened under this Promotion.
6.4 The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive, offer or discount, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Promoter.
7. Amendment and withdrawal
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, without prior notice and without liability.
8. Data protection
The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
9. Liability
9.1 Subject to applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable to any participant for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Offer.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law & 11. Acceptance
10. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Opening a new account in connection with this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
