iflo & Vitellio guarantees additional information
How to claim:
- In the unlikely event you need to validate a claim under this guarantee on your iflo purchase, you will need your original proof of purchase or delivery note.
- You will then need to visit your nearest City Plumbing branch or call the Showroom to report the fault, ensuring you have a copy of your receipt or delivery note with you to validate your claim.
- We reserve the right to carry out an on-siteinspection prior to validating a claim. We must be provided with those facilities that we reasonably require to carry out a proper inspection.
What is covered by the guarantee:
- In the unlikely event that any product supplied under this guarantee is defective due to manufacturing defects, during the guarantee period for that product, we will (at our discretion) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) subject to the guarantee exclusions set out below and your claim being validated in accordance with the “How to claim section above”.
Guarantee exclusions:
- Guarantee period valid from the date of delivery of the guaranteed product.
- Guarantee valid for the original installation only and is non-transferable.
- Guarantee applies to normal domestic applications only.
- Guarantee covers materials only and not the cost of installation, removal of the product or making good the place after removal. Loss of use of the product and all consequential losses are excluded from this guarantee.
- The product must be assembled, installed and maintained strictly in accordance with our recommended procedures and once in place shall not be removed or altered. Guarantee does not cover deterioration through normal wear and tear, deterioration due to infestation, wilful damage, accident, improper or negligent use, unauthorised modification or repair, incorrect storage.
- This guarantee does not apply to products outside of mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
After-sales service
- If the item is no longer available in the iflo range, we will offer at our sole discretion an appropriate replacement.
