Step 1
Download the Credit Account Application form as a PDF document.
Step 2
Print off the application form and fill in all the relevant fields on pages 1 and 2 in BLOCK CAPITALS, using black ink.
Step 3
Drop pages 1, 2 and 5 of the application form:
- Via email new.accounts@cityplumbing.co.uk
- Into your local branch

Keep pages 3 and 4 of the form (Standard Terms & Conditions) in a safe place for your future reference.
What happens next?
We’ll be in touch as soon as your credit account is open. In the meantime, you can keep buying from your local branch or over the phone as usual.
