Ideal Summer of Fun Promotion January-June 2022 - Terms & Conditions

 

By entering this Ideal Summer of Fun promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited company number 02489546, registered address Highbourne House Eldon Way, Crick Industrial Estate, Crick, Northampton, United Kingdom, NN6 7SL (“CPS”) is the promoter of this Promotion (the “Promoter”).

 

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.

 

This Promotion runs from 12.01 BST on 1st January 2022 to 23.59 BST on 30th June 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).

 

Eligibility

 

The Promotion is open to the account holder of credit account or trade cash card customers of the Promoter (which trades as CPS and Plumbing Trade Supplies (“PTS”)) provided they are based or resident in the UK (the “Qualifying Customers”).

 

The Promotion is not open to:

 

1. Merchants including competitors of CPS;

2. Public Organisations including Housing Associations and Local Authorities;

3. Energy Schemes;

4. British Gas;

5. Customers with internal and/or external contract support; or

6. employees of the P&H Group. P&H Group shall mean CPS, the ultimate parent company of CPS and any such parent company’s subsidiary from time to time (as defined in s1159 Companies Act 2006), and any member of their households.

 

How to participate

 

Qualifying Customers must purchase either five, ten or fifteen of Ideal Heating Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boilers either in-store or online during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotion (the “Qualifying Goods”). Qualifying customers can only qualify for one reward as part of the Promotion.

 

Purchases invoiced but not paid in full will not qualify.

 

All purchases of the Qualifying Goods and accounts will be verified by CPS and Ideal Heating (the “Supplier”).

 

Purchases that have been returned within 30 days at the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

 

The Rewards

 

There are three Reward options available to Qualifying Customers, these Reward options are:

 

- Ooni Frya pizza oven or Capri 12.5kW patio heater for five MAX boilers purchased

 

- Laz-Y-Spa Miami Hot Tub for ten MAX boilers purchased

 

- Garden furniture set including 2 chairs, sofa and table for fifteen MAX boilers purchased

 

The Rewards are supplied by Ideal Heating (the “Supplier”) and are subject to the following conditions:

 

(i) no cash or other alternatives will be offered;

 

 

(ii) the Rewards are not transferable; and

 

(ii) the Rewards are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another without giving notice; and

 

(iii) one Reward per Qualifying Customer

 

Distributing the Reward

 

Qualifying Customers’ will be notified by Ideal Heating (the “Supplier”) by e-mail and/or telephone (the “Notification”) after 30th June 2022. The Rewards will be available to collect from a City Plumbing branch from week commencing 1st August 2022 until 30th September 2022 once Notification has been received and you have agreed your collection date with the Supplier. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this date without notice.

 

Qualifying Customers are responsible for maintaining their correct e-mail and collection branch details with both the Promoter and the Supplier. The Promoter and the Supplier will not be responsible if the Notification is sent to incorrect email addresses or if a Reward is sent to an incorrect branch, where the Qualifying Customers have failed to provide correct or up-to-date information.

 

Data Protection and Publicity

 

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy

 

Qualifying Customers should note that by entering into this Promotion, they agree that their name, email address, telephone number, Gas Safe Register number and preferred CPS or PTS branch for Reward collection, or preferred home address should the Promoter elect to send direct to the Customer’s home residence, will be shared with the Ideal Heating Ltd (company registration number 00322137 the “Supplier”), a subsidiary company of Groupe Atlantic (an international organisation with companies in Europe, the U.S.A. and the U.K.). The Supplier may use this information to contact Qualifying Customers for the purposes of the Promotion and to provide information about their goods or services. General

 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, adverse weather, fire, flood, computer virus, mobile phone failures, bugs, sabotage, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion or unrest, terrorism or supervening legislation. Accordingly, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Promotion and the Qualifying Customer agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Qualifying Customers or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents or that of their employees. The Promoter cannot be held liable for the Rewards which are lost, stolen, damaged or defaced. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

The Promoter shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Promotion.

 

The Promoter’s total liability to the Qualifying Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with any entry made under the Promotion and/or the Reward, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the Reward.

 

The Qualifying Customers agree to the use of their name, image and entry in any marketing publicity. Any personal data relating to Qualifying Customers will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

 

The Qualifying Customer acknowledges that the Promoter and/or other members of its group of companies are the owner of any and/or all Intellectual Property Rights relating to the names, logos, trademarks, products, services, get-up, trade dress, labels, stickers, promotional leaflets, flyers and posters used in the Promotion from time to time.

 

The Promoter's decision regarding Promotion matters will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

The Promoter and Supplier excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient/Qualifying Customer of the Reward.

 

Entry into the Promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
