Frequently Asked Questions

The order is received and processed by your chosen branch. The branch will send you an SMS to the mobile number you entered order once it's ready for collection.

Your order is usually ready from 2 hours but in some cases it could be sooner. The goods are ready for collection once you receive your SMS and/or email

Once you're notified, visit your chosen branch to collect your goods. You will be asked for a valid form of ID to confirm you are the person who made the order. This is either a valid UK driving licence or a passport.
You can send someone else to collect your goods but they will need to show the original email confirmation and a valid form of ID

For any amends to orders, please contact the branch you placed the order with using the contact information which can be found here. If you don't know which branch, then you can find out by viewing your order history

We will hold your order for a maximum of 5 days. After this, all orders will be refunded to the original card or account used for purchasing
