What are LPG boilers and what are their benefits?
An LPG boiler is ideal for properties that aren't connected to mains gas as they are powered by liquid petroleum gas (LPG), which is stored in an external tank within the home. This means they're ideal for properties that aren't connected to the mains gas grid.
LPG gas boilers are efficient and cost-effective as they only heat water when the source is turned on.
What's the difference between a mains gas and LPG boiler?
The main difference between LPG boilers and those powered by mains gas is that an LPG boiler requires separate bottles of gas filled with either propane or butane. These are usually delivered to the property where the LPG boiler is located.
Mains gas boilers are powered by natural gas. This is delivered to properties through dedicated pipelines located underground.
