UPDATE: 9th April 2020

For the duration of the coronavirus pandemic, we have amended our returns policy:

Temporary Change to our Returns Policy

We are currently operating a limited service as we function as an essential service helping keep Britain's buildings warm, dry, and safe with hot and cold running water. Whilst we are running an adjusted operation we regret that we are unable to process returns or exchanges in branch. Our current priority is to operate our branch network prioritising the safety of our customers and colleagues. Our normal Returns Policy will resume when our branches fully reopen and will apply to purchases during the current period. This does not affect customer statutory rights. Thank you for your support during these challenging times as we work together to deliver essential services to the UK.

Social Distancing & Staying safe

Our fantastic branch and warehouse teams are doing all they can to support your business at this time whilst keeping everyone safe.

In order to try to halt the spread of the coronavirus, please respect the social distancing guidelines as introduced by the government whilst collecting at our branches.

You must stay at least 2 metres from any other person when visiting our branches to collect your products or when accepting a delivery.

Why not call ahead, check the stock availability, pay and book a time slot to collect? This way we can offer a kerbside collection at your convenience.

Have you considered ordering online? We offer free delivery on all orders for our trade account customers. Call your local branch or log in and order on your account at any time. You can also pay my debit or credit card online.

Cash payments

Please note: we are no longer accepting cash payments. However, we will still accept debit and credit cards.

For our customers who wish to keep more social distance at this time, we wanted to remind you that we also offer free delivery on all orders for our trade account customers. Call your local branch or log in and order on your account at any time. You can also pay my debit or credit card online.

Where we are still making home deliveries in compliance with government guidelines on social distancing. If you are self isolating, please keep us informed, and be prepared that our delivery will have to change to the front door or kerbside.
